To register and use the 9phl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
9phl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the 9phl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If 9phl determines that a player holds duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited at 9phl's sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 9phl is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9phl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 9phl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 9phl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
9phl is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with 9phl's verification procedures, which may include submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
The minimum deposit amount on 9phl is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9phl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 3.4; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. 9phl targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or for security review purposes.
All transactions on the 9phl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9phl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges.
9phl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 9phl reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a player's account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
9phl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All games available on the 9phl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and individual game rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 9phl uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. 9phl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to forfeit all balances and winnings associated with such account. 9phl may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable under Philippine law.

All content on the 9phl Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 9phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 9phl's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9phl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9phl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 9phl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9phl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9phl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or at 9phl's sole discretion for business reasons. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 9phl support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to 9phl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
9phl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
